Terms of Service

Last updated: August 11, 2026

Acceptance of terms

By using AppTide, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or public ASO tools. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Service scope

AppTide provides live App Store ranking evidence, public demand and difficulty signals, Apple Ads creative evidence, and model-assisted or rules-based research candidates. AppTide does not select keywords, creatives, or production decisions for you; you remain responsible for evaluating and validating every choice.

Free access and fair use

The current workspaces are free and may use free-account requirements, daily limits, or abuse controls. AppTide does not sell server-side daily tracking in this release. We may rate limit or suspend requests or accounts that materially exceed normal interactive use.

Free accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and notify AppTide if you believe your account has been compromised. A free account grants access to the current account-protected workflow; it does not include a paid workspace, service-level guarantee, public API, or ownership of AppTide software.

Automated use and abuse prevention

You may not bypass limits, automate bulk extraction, send unsolicited email through an export workflow, probe another visitor’s data, or interfere with platform availability. Public browser endpoints are provided for the corresponding AppTide page workflow, not as a published commercial API.

Customer data and generated output

You retain rights to the data you submit to AppTide. We retain rights in the software and service design. Generated outputs from the public tools may be used for your internal app-release work, subject to fair-use limits and third-party store-content rights.

Apple Ads creative evidence and AI analysis

The CPP research workspace uses Apple’s public Ad Repository for supported EU markets. Repository records can be delayed, incomplete, or truncated. They do not reveal competitor keywords, bids, spend, conversions, CPI, retention, or revenue, and AppTide does not promise that an observed creative is effective.

Model-assisted and rules-based outputs are research hypotheses, not legal, advertising, or performance advice. You are responsible for using your own product assets, substantiating claims, respecting third-party rights, and measuring experiments in your own authorized Apple Ads account.

Third-party store content and trademarks

AppTide may display public app-store metadata, app names, icons, screenshots, ratings, and developer names to identify and analyze the listing requested by a user. Those materials remain the property of their respective owners and their appearance does not imply endorsement.

AppTide limits third-party store content to contextual analysis and comparison. Rights holders can report a concern to hello@apptide.xyz for review and removal.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue public tools or beta workflows. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes, but the service is provided on an evolving basis.
